The specific services, monthly fees, and timelines for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Program: Campbell Small Business Services sends text messages about inquiries, scheduling, and client support, and, only if you separately opt in, promotional offers.

Opt-in: You agree to receive text messages by checking the consent box on our website forms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Services are billed monthly as described in your proposal or agreement. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of services.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to provide the services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell Small Business Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the services in the month the claim arose.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy its content without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
